Ian Laurie
Ian Laurie is an adorable Scots lad from Glasgow which he left when he was all but four years old, though you would not know it from his accent. For many years he ran his own gallery in Newlyn with his wife Mona. He describes the life of Mount’s bay and particularly its boats in charming and well observed etchings. He works from small plates, often arranging two prints on the same page. With his prices ranging from £55 - £75 his work becomes easily affordable.
