Our General Returns/Cookie/Privacy Policies
We reserve the right, without impinging upon statutory provision, to decline the return of any item.
Items can only be changed for a goods or a credit voucher for the same value as they were sold.
Adjustment may be made to cover the cost of a card payment.
Goods should be returned in the same condition as they were sold and within one month of purchase.
We will arrange repairs for faulty clasps etc with the jeweller.
Where we act as an agent for the pieces on sale, the artist or maker entrusts us with their work. Their work is sold ‘as seen’. There may be some exceptions to the above conditions.
If the artist or maker has already been paid for the item, it may only be possible to exchange for pieces by that artist.
We will not sell, rent, exchange or give your email address with anyone for the purpose of sending you marketing emails.
We do not disclose your contact information to any third parties other than for order processing, delivery and customer service or feedback purposes. We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
